Frequently asked questions
Who is Archesia designed for?
Archesia is designed for organizations that manage a large volume of documents: communication agencies, consulting and audit firms, service SMBs. The solution is hosted in France and adapts to how you work.
How does an Archesia deployment work?
Every deployment starts with an audit of your document management needs. Our team then installs Archesia, configures your workflows and connects your existing tools. You don't manage anything: we handle it all.
Where is our data hosted?
Archesia offers three hosting modes depending on your requirements. You can host the solution directly on your own technical infrastructure. Otherwise, we offer a shared cloud or a dedicated cloud, depending on your data sensitivity level. In all cases, hosting is French, with servers located in France. No data ever leaves the country.
What document formats are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, scans, document photos... Every imported file is automatically analysed and made searchable, including older scanned documents.
How does voice search work?
The interface includes voice input: your team members can ask their questions out loud, just like in writing. Archesia transcribes and analyses the question, then responds with the relevant documents and excerpts.
How is billing structured?
Archesia includes an initial setup package (audit, installation, configuration) and a monthly subscription covering software usage, support and updates. Custom development is available as an add-on, and we also offer AI consulting for organisations that want to go further. Contact us for a quote tailored to your organisation.
Who handles maintenance and updates?
We manage updates and technical support. You benefit from product improvements without having to handle anything on your end. If something comes up, you have a direct contact, not an anonymous support team.
Can access rights be managed in detail?
Yes. Archesia lets you define precisely who can access which documents and features, by user or by group. All actions are logged and auditable.
