It all started with a recipe app.
Yoann is a tech enthusiast. He spends his time exploring the latest advances, testing, building. He was working on a personal project: an app to scan his recipe and cocktail cards so he could find and use them easily.
One day, he mentioned it to someone close who works at a major international consulting firm. The reaction was immediate: "I need exactly this tool, but adapted to my job."
5 minutes to do 2 days' worth of work.
So Yoann built Archesia. At first, just for that one person. A prototype adapted to the consulting world: thousands of documents, dozens of formats, years of archives.
When they tested it for the first time, their reaction changed everything: "The app took 5 minutes to do work that took me 2 days."
At that moment, we understood that Archesia was beyond anything we could have imagined. That it had real potential to transform any type of business. And that it would be a shame to keep it as a private project.
So we decided to bring it to market.
Archesia is now a complete product, designed for businesses that manage large volumes of documents. Consulting firms, communication agencies, service SMBs. The tool that was born from a personal need has become an intelligent document assistant, hosted in France, powered by Mistral.
