What's the difference between Archesia and a traditional DMS?
A traditional DMS stores and organises your files. Archesia understands their content. You ask a question in everyday language and get a sourced answer, instead of browsing a folder tree or searching by keywords.
Does Archesia replace our existing tools?
Not necessarily. Archesia can work standalone with its own built-in DMS, or connect to your current tools (Google Drive, Gmail). You keep your habits, Archesia adds the intelligence on top.
How does an Archesia deployment work?
Every deployment starts with an audit of your document management needs. Our team then installs Archesia on the chosen infrastructure, configures your workflows and connects your existing tools. You don't manage anything: we handle it all. Your teams are operational within a few weeks, with a solution configured specifically for them.
Where is our data hosted?
In France. Archesia offers three hosting modes: shared cloud, dedicated isolated cloud, or installation on your own servers. You choose the AI model (Mistral by default).
What document formats are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, scans, document photos. Every imported file is automatically analysed and made searchable, including scanned documents.
How does voice search work?
The interface includes voice input. Your team members ask their questions out loud, exactly as they would in writing. Archesia transcribes, analyses and responds with the relevant documents and extracts.
How is billing structured?
Archesia includes an initial setup package (audit, installation, configuration) and a monthly subscription covering software usage, support and updates. Custom development is available as an add-on.
